There are few things I find as irresistible as new eyeshadow by Wet n Wild, so you can imagine my delight when I went to CVS for a pack of water … yeah, just some water … and happened to find this!
Of the three new palettes released for Holiday 2013, I found Lights, Camera, Attraction the most appealing … it’s the color addict in me that finds bright blues and purples necessary.
And,oh, how gorgeous are these blues, purples, and glittery shimmers.
Here’s the top layer swatched. What impresses me the most is the pigmentation and minimal fallout from these three glittery colors. Really, extremely impressive.
And the middle layer, my three favorite colors in this palette. As pigmented and easy to blend as every other Coloricon palette.
And the bottom layer, two rich mattes that are more workable that I expected. These are no match for the smoothness of Urban Decay’s Naked Basics shadows, but they’re easier to blend than some higher end matte shadows I’ve used in the past.
All of these colors combine to make a stunner of an eye.
My Final Thoughts: Smooth. Blendable. Pigmented. Cheap. I’m thrilled. Lights, Camera, Attraction, you’re officially a win!
