For years and years and years, well maybe 3 to be exact, I’ve longed to have a Viseart eyeshadow palette, so it was a thrill to recently add the Viseart Theory III Chroma Palette to my makeup collection.
Highly touted among makeup professionals and makeup lovers alike, Viseart eyeshadows are known to be finely milled, long wearing and easy to blend. Full-sized Viseart palettes are $80 and a bit cost prohibitive. While you can find them on sale for $50-$60 every now and then, I’ve never been able to snag one.
As you can imagine, I and many other makeup lovers rejoiced upon the announcement of three Viseart Theory palettes, which cost $45 and offer six eyeshadows. I picked up Theory III Chroma which is a smoky eye color collection of three shimmer and three matte charcoal, grey and taupe.
The pans are magnetized so you can remove them from the sturdy cardboard packaging and place them in an empty palette of your choice, if you so wish. The packaging itself is able to be bent in the shape of an easel, making it easy to apply the colors.
The cost of the Viseart Theory palettes ends up being more expensive than if you were to buy a full-sized palette, but at the price of $45, I felt a bit more comfortable diving into the brand. I’m glad I went this way because it gave me the chance to check out these eyeshadows for myself, and I’m glad to report they meet my discerning expectations and then some.
The eyeshadows in Viseart Theory III Chroma Palette the are incredible! They are pigmented, buttery smooth, and there’s no fall out when applied. Given these are dark, smoky colors, that’s nothing but a good thing! I’m really happy with the results, and will definitely go back for more.
My Final Thoughts: Last week I faced a couple of makeup disappointments with matte eyeshadows, but the quality of the Viseart Theory III Chroma Palette more than makes up for it! These shadows are definitely worth checking out.
