The fact that Rimmel’s Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliners cost all of $4.49 is something I find a) amazing, b) incredible, and c) completely awesome. These are the liners that are missing in your life!
That’s a lot of adjectives for one little product! The praise is well-deserved for these pigment-rich wonder liners that could be priced much higher and are what I consider dupes for Urban Decay’s 24/7 liners in terms of product texture and consistency.
Super smooth and pigmented, they glide onto your lids and stay put until it’s time to be washed off. The only problem I had with these liners is that they don’t do so well lasting in my lids waterline, but that’s not the end of the world. In comparison to Rimmel’s Soft Kohls, the difference between these liners is based on the richer texture and smoothness that is missing in the Soft Kohls.
Rimmel has been really surprising me lately with really great, high quality products and Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl liners are an example. You can find them in stores and online.
