Are you ready for it? It’s time to go over my list of September 2019 makeup and beauty favorites!
It’s the end of the month of September and the weather is finally and certifiably dreary. I’m sitting indoors, quite cozy in a sweater with a mug of coffee and Nutpods (the beeeest non-dairy creamer) sprinkled with Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice and I’m quite content! And thankful that it’s cooled down!
September’s beauty finds included some real winners that are as follows.
The ColourPop Baby Got Peach Pressed Shadow Palette is yet another $12 pressed shadow palette winner from ColourPop. Really, what can ColourPop do wrong? I love these pretty neutrals that are high in pigment.
I have to admit the Milk Makeup Blur Stick smells a bit on the funny side, but it’s very effective! I’m using it most days and not only love that it feels like scribbling a glue stick over my face, but it indeed keeps my skin looking good.
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Jackie Aina Eyeshadow Palette is fantastic. Jackie did a great job curating this set of shadows.
I also like really like Urban Decay Naked Honey Eyeshadow Palette, which I was honestly halfway expecting not to like! These golden-toned shades are smooth, pigment-rich and worth it.
The Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Contour Duo in Medium/Dark was on my wish list for quite some time and I’m glad I finally indulged. The contour and highlighting powders literally last all day and for a person with oily skin that’s a big time win.
Hindash persuaded me to give NUDESTIX Nudies Matte Blush & Bronze in Sunset Strip a try and I’m glad I did – it’s a truly beautiful cream blush that can be used on your eyes and lips as well. It also wears a long time and that makes me happy.
Here’s to more beauty in October!
