I’d been harboring a mighty crush on this brush ever since I spotted pro makeup artist Scott Barnes using this blender in a makeup tutorial. He called it a worker brush, in that it does the blending work for you. As an eyeshadow blending fanatic, I had to find out for myself.
The Scott Barnes Pro Series Brushes Number 62 Eye Blender is indeed lovely. It’s super soft, made with synthetic fibers. Placed next to some of my other commonly used blending brushes (more on my eyeshadow brush must haves here), you can see that it’s longer and more tapered.
This allows the brush to go right into you crease to create a dimensional eyeshadow look, like I did with the Too Faced Extra Spicy Gingerbread Eyeshadow Palette.
My Final Thoughts: Yes, the Scott Barnes Pro Series Brushes Number 62 Eye Blender is a must have! I love the way it helps blend my eyeshadows, especially in the crease of my eyes. I’ve had the opportunity to chat with Scott in the past – read up on our interview here!
