As it happens every year, the Holiday season is sneaking upon us, making the Mirabella Jewel Thief Collection for Holiday 2015 quite the appropriate name for a makeup collection.
It’s gorgeous, isn’t it? Beware, this makeup is stunning and will steal your heart!
I’m a big fan of Mirabella, so I was thrilled to try their offerings for Holiday 2015. The Mirabella Jewel Thief Collection consists of two Second Skin eyeshadow palettes (Diamond Deceit and Lavender Larceny, $48 each), two Velvet Lip Pencils (Wanted and Vice, $25 each), and Eye Crayon in Blackmail ($24). Today I have Diamond Deceit, Wanted, and Blackmail to show you.
Don’t you kind of wish you could wear these lovely diamond shaped eyeshadows as earrings? Or is it just me?
From the packaging to the products, everything about the Jewel Thief collection oozes luxury. The eyeshadow palettes use a new technology that combines 5 eyeshadows into one 3D palette. The colors are smooth, buttery, pigmented, and they layer beautifully. The light pink highlighter that is the background of the palette is fabulous when used as a highlighter on cheekbones.
To create this look, I covered my eyelid with the teal color in the Diamond Deceit palette, and used the Blackmail Eye Crayon as an eyeliner, topped with the shimmery black eyeshadow.
Now, the Mirabella Lip Pencil and Eye Crayon are something to write home about. They are both creamy, smooth, and won’t fly off of your lips or skin in a second.
This collection has me excited for the next few months. I see lots of pretty makeup looks in the near future!
My Final Thoughts: It’s time to get excited about upcoming Holiday makeup collections! The Mirabella Jewel Thief Collection for Holiday 2015 offers the perfect combination of shimmery and velvet textures to create beautiful and luxe makeup looks. As usual, Mirabella does not disappoint!
