Everywhere I go (actually, only when I go to Ulta), everywhere I turn on the Internet, there ColourPop is with a brand new awesome something or other that I really just have to have. The ColourPop Baby Got Peach Pressed Shadow Palette is the latest of such offerings.
And my, is Baby Got Peach adorable!
ColourPop Baby Got Peach is a 9-pan shadow palette that contains satins, mattes and one sparkly glitter. A cheerful combination, I must say!
The pressed glitter is intriguing and works much better than I thought it would. It’s a chunky glitter that you can apply with a small eyeshadow brush or press in with the pads of your ring finger. It reminds me quite a bit of North Star Glitters which are so easy and fun to wear.
Overall the palette is really well done . While there’s nothing bold about any of the colors, really, these shades made for a nice everyday casual look and the shadows work well as transition and highlight colors. Here are swatches of the shadows.
Here is a look I created with the shadows, along with the details. For the liner I used Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eyeliner in Torch.
My Final Thoughts: ColourPop Baby Got Peach Pressed Shadow Palette is subtle and pretty with one glitter that’s a standout! It’s a keeper and one I’ll enjoy using.
