The Wednesday before Thanksgiving is one of those days that is made for chilling. Literally and figuratively. And what better a time than to chat about my beauty favorites from November?
Before we’re inundated by Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, here are the products I really enjoyed using during my birthday month.
ColourPop Exes & Ohs Pressed Powder Eyeshadow Palette – Yes, it’s another warm toned palette, but a great one at that.
Sunday Riley Starter Kit Vol. 1 – I honestly don’t think I’ll buy a full size of any of these products, and it could be a bit cheaper for what you get, but I’m definitely glad I got to experience these highly touted skincare products.
Burt’s Bees Lip Butters – These lip balms are really good! I love the texture and the scents, especially Vanilla Clove.
The KKW BEAUTY Glam Bible Blush in Luxe was on my wish list for a bit and I’m so glad I indulged! I wear this matte peachy nude blush daily and it stays put on my oily skin all day.
November was a month of knocking items off of my wish list, which include the cult favorite and smelly as all get up Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 Original “1970”. After using it for over a month my skin is looking awesome – clearer, brighter, more toned skin and I’m getting a refill when it’s done.
I ordered Tom Ford Emotionproof Eye Color in Gigolo during the Sephora Beauty Insider sale and it’s amber/bronze/golden gorgeousness.
A trip to Sephora to do some in-store swatches had me picking up the Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde Eyeshadow Palette, which is truly gorgeous.
Yes, another warm-toned eyeshadow palette, but so gorgeous and so worth it – have you seen the ColourPop Disney Frozen 2 Anna Collection?
Remember when Black Friday/Cyber Monday were restricted to the actual two days? It’s been a week of great beauty deals, and yes, I have indulged. I ordered the Riki Loves Riki Skinny Mirror plus a carrying case, an item that’s been on my wish list for 2 years! It was on Oprah’s Must Have List this year AND it’s discounted 25% off – an investment piece but one I’ll use! I’m most excited about the phone clip that will give me freedom to make more video content easily.
