A few weekends ago I found myself at Ulta on a specific makeup mission to find. My task? To seek out and purchase a great pressed powder that I can use to touch up with. It was an arduous task with a multitude of options at hand, but there was one clear winner: Becca Multi-Tasking Perfecting Powder which I picked up in the color Beige.
With as much makeup that exists in my life you’d be surprised by the lack of pressed powder products in my life. I actually have more loose than pressed powders, and loose powders aren’t exactly so great for carrying around!
I have to admit Becca Multi-Tasking Perfecting Powder wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but I’m more impressed with the results than I anticipated. I was looking for a translucent setting powder kind of product, and didn’t realize that this powder is actually a mineral foundation. There are 7 shades of this powder available, and I ended up with Beige.
It’s actually teensy tiny when compared to traditional pressed powder sizes and fits right into the palm of my hand.
Now, this little powder is packed with skin perfecting benefits. It’s not just any pressed powder, but it’s water-resistant, buildable, a powder foundation, antioxidant-rich with Vitamins A, B, C and E, a mattifier, a highlighting and contour product (if you mix the lighter and darker shades), a concealer setter, and a finishing powder. You can see it in action here.
Now, it’s a nice powder buttttt…. I’m not sure if it’s something I’ll be moved to repurchase when the time arises. It’s nice, but I’m not blown away by the results and the amount of product for the price doesn’t make it the greatest value.
My Final Thoughts: Becca Multi-Tasking Perfecting Powder is definitely a nice powder, but I’m not going to go so far as to call it a “can’t live without must have”.

I have heard about these, but I think if i was to purchase one I would most likely get a contour shade as I just don’t know whether they are good for all over the face.
