Avon Anew Clinical Unlimited Lashes arrived just in time, because my neglected eyelashes were in serious need of TLC! I’ve been testing out this highly rated, botanical-based lash serum from Avon that promises to dramatically improve the appearance of your lashes and eyebrows over a period of 8 weeks.
I received a package from Avon that contains both the serum along with the Avon Love At First Lash Mascara and was eager to get to testing the serum. Avon Anew Clinical Unlimited Lashes contains a blend of peptides along with botanical ingredients that include radish root ferment (!), panthenol and ginseng root extract. You can expect to see lash lengthening and volumizing results 4 weeks after starting the serum, with best results after 8 weeks. The serum is paraben and phthalate free and you apply it nightly on the root of your lashes and brows. Since I’m satisfied with my eyebrows, I used the serum nightly on my lashes only, only missing about 3 applications (a big deal, yay!). Avon Love At First Lash Mascara is designed to help volumize lashes with fibers and a plastic spoolie.
After my Summer lack of skincare situation (detailed here), my lashes were definitely in need of some major tender, loving care. In fact, I’d go so far as to say my lashes needed an intense rehabilitation! Here’s a peek at how my lashes looked both without and with mascara. Not terrible, but not as full as I’d like them to be.
I can definitely see the difference in my lashes both without and with mascara and I’m please with the results! What a difference!
My Final Thoughts: Avon Anew Clinical Unlimited Lashes did provide lash boosting effects to my eyelashes over a testing period of 5 weeks. I’ll be trying it out for the entire recommended 8 weeks and share the results!
Price: Serum, $39; Mascara, $8.99
