Yes … Another Mascara Post

I may have found the most amazing mascara in the history of ever and ever.

Sometimes I am hesitant about recommending a product because indubitably the very same product will cause someone to grow another eye;  however, this mascara is so good I will risk it.

Before I tell you what it is, I want to tell you how I got this mascara in my grubby hands. I found a $10 a month fix to my make-up problem- Birchbox.  Yes, for $10 a month deluxe samples are shipped to my house. You are asked to fill out surveys and you can purchase through the site for “points” which translate into actual money.  Go to their site www.birchbox.com  and find out more.  In February I was treated to a sample of Nars Orgasm Illuminator, the best mascara ever, and endless joy.

 So, what is this Mascara? bareMinerals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara.

This stuff is beyond good.  My HUSBAND told me that I had Disney Princes Eyelashes. My HUSBAND who didn’t notice that I was walking around the Houston Galleria with red and black Kabuki eyeshadow (MAC make-over with an amazing artist- I told him to do what he wanted and he did) . 

This mascara makes lashes long, full, and fluttery without looking clumpy. The regular price is $18, which is expensive; however, having lived for two weeks with this mascara makes it a must-buy in my book. It sincerely has made my make-up routine in the morning quick and easy: Foundation, powder, blush, show-stopping lashes and blush. The mascara also doesn’t migrate down my face despite hours of staring at a computer screen.

I also cannot recommend Birchbox enough!  This program has actually cut down on my cosmetic spending as I am able to try new products and get my “fix” without breaking the bank.
