Wet n Wild Sparkle ‘Til Morning Palette Is Worth The Wild Goose Chase

By Sheila Arkee

Let’s talk wild goose chases. The ones frequently taken by makeup junkies who just really have to have Wet n Wild’s $4.99 limited edition 8-pan palette shadows for Holiday season 2012.

Oh, yes, that was me dashing and darting from CVS and Walgreens in a multi-city pursuit to find the set of 3 palettes that have garnered the love and admiration of the online beauty community. It took a couple of weeks, but I finally found two of the three palettes and ended up bringing home Sparkle ‘Til Morning.

This palette just spoke to me. “Sheila, you can’t say no.” Really, I swear I hear those words coming from the shadows.I decided on this palette because shimmery golds, coppers, browns, and teals are just my style and I can see a lot of use coming from this set.

True to Wet n Wild shadow form, these are incredibly pigmented, if a bit powdery.

The shadows wear like iron, and when used with a shadow primer will have you sparkling ’til way in the morning.

These palettes are rare and increasingly hard to find, but  definitely worth the chase. If you need help finding a store where these are sold, check out the interactive maps at Nouveau Cheap (which are an incredibly fabulous idea).

I think I need to add that one to my collection as well. I didn’t think I needed it but you have set me on the right path. 😉

Kimberly, I think you will love it just as much as I do. :)

I have this and I love it!! Most of the shadows are smooth to work with, and even w/o primer, they last ALL day ! The teal makes an excellent liner for us brown eye babes.
