The Tenant palette is one part of an entire collection from Urban Decay that honors the artistic and creative genius of the late Jean-Michel Basquiat. There are two eyeshadow palettes, a blush palette, and lipsticks in honor of one of Wende Zomnir’s (the creator of Urban Decay) favorite artists. I was tempted to purchase the other palette in this collection, Gold Griot, but it’s a neutral palette and I couldn’t resist all this stunning color.
There are details and a hanger on this palette for display purposes. I’ll definitely be keeping this palette for life!
As with all Urban Decay palettes, the dual-ended brush that’s included in this palette is great quality and one I’ll use with these colors and more.
Let’s get down to the colors. This palette is definitely a must have for one reason – the quality of each shadow is A+. The colors are a mix of satin, shimmery, and matte and there is not a bit of patchiness involved whatsoever.
From left to right: Studio, 1960, Neo, Yes
Graffiti, Exu, Boom, Untitled
What is there to say, besides WOW! Here’s a peacock-inspired look I created with the shadows – I’ll have a video and a breakdown of this makeup design soon.
My Final Thoughts: If you love colorful eye makeup as much as I do, jump on this limited edition eyeshadow palette! It’s a winner!
