I’ve been having fun dabbling with the ColourPop x Iluvsarahii Through My Eyes Pressed Powder Shadow Palette I featured yesterday, and I have a couple of thoughts. And looks.
First, my thoughts. As I mentioned and showed you in the original post, the mattes aren’t all that consistent across the board. The darker colors are patchy and there sure is a lot of powder kick up. Like, lots of powder kick up. The shimmery shades make up for those mattes, though. And even if it was the case that the emerald green was the only workable shadow in the entire 16-pan palette? I’d still have bought it. Eyeshadow lover realness.
For the first look I used Nostalgia in the crease, Misbehave in the Outer Corner, Divina to deepen the outer corner and Flecks on the lower lid. Nocturne is on the middle of m lid with Muze on the inner corner and Lucido on the browbone. My lids are lined with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Liner in Whiskey.
For the second look I used Sandalwood in the crease, Canela in the Outer Corner, Emerald Dream in the middle of my lid and Mesmer-Eyez in the inner corner. On my browbone is In A Wink and my lids are lined with Moody.
