NYX Cosmetics has selected the top 20 contestants to continue on in the NYX FACE Awards National Beauty Vlogger of the Year Contest on YouTube! The top 20 contestants are discovering their dark sides with the 2nd Challenge of the contest. Inspired by Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows, the contestants must use NYX’s new Crimson Amulet Collection Palette, as well as other fabulous NYX products to create dramatic looks that could be pulled right out of the movie.
Starting May 5th, watch and vote for your favorite beauty vloggers’ Dark Shadows transformations. The videos will be posted online for the public to vote on through May 9th. The twelve entries with the most online votes will move on to the third challenge!
The top 12 contestants will move on to the third and last challenge. From there, the top 6 contestants with the highest votes will be flown out to Los Angeles to compete for the title of the National Beauty Vlogger of the Year! Each of the five runners up will receive a year’s worth of NYX Cosmetics, but the winner of the contest will take home a cash prize of $25,000, as well as access to influential beauty insiders, consultation with top industry experts, and national publicity.
