My one and only son is turning six next month which means I’ve been hit by a tidal wave of nostalgia. From going through his leftover baby clothes to looking at photos and videos I’m taking daily trips down memories lane back to the time he was just born.
As easy as it is to romanticize those days it’s equally as way to forget the sleepless nights, exhaustion, and general weariness. When I became a mom my life had to change – I was going back to work shortly after he was born and had to figure out tricks that would make my newly busy life less stressed. For instance, the gym.
For about 8 years now the gym has been my sanctuary. It’s where I go to sweat and clear my head and being able to go is very important to me. The 2 hour evening workouts of my child-free days are a thing of the past, so I’ve had to adapt and learn how to consolidate my gym time to 30-40 minute stretches during the day. Being organized and prepared in advance is a huge part of making gym time possible. This means keeping all my necessities in a small gym bag – this is where mini-sized anything thrives! Taking a shower isn’t ever part of the gym equation, which is why Summers Eve Cleansing Cloths are indispensable.
They are convenient, effective and gentle and I wouldn’t want to leave home without them. These cloths are alcohol-free, hypoallergenic, pH-balanced, dermatologist- and gynecologist-tested, and designed to wipe away odor-causing bacteria.
It’s important to use products specifically designed for lady bits, which is why I’m also am a fan of Summer’s Eve Cleansing Wash. It won’t dry sensitive skin and is safe for every day use. Similar to the Cleansing Cloths, Summer’s Eve Cleansing Wash is pH-balanced, dermatologist- and gynecologist-tested, gentle enough for sensitive skin, and helps cleanse away odor-causing bacteria. Both the Cleansing Cloths and Cleansing Wash are formulated with one of the most popular scents, Island Splash®, and I must say there is an awful lot of Aloha Freshness going on with these two products without being cloying.
