Despite continual advances in beauty technology, the concept of a long-wearing balm/lip stain sounds like it’s completely impossible. A pipe dream! And yet, it exists in the form of Prestige Color Persist Long-Wearing Lipstick.
We are in the midst of a time of year when red lipstick seems entirely appropriate. Prestige is one of those budget beauty lines that deserves a lot more attention than it receives. I have found their products to be well made, high quality, with tons of long-wearing pigmentation.For instance, their lip liners and eye liners are stellar, low cost products, included Amore.
Amore lip pencil is the perfect compliment for Color Persisit Long-Wearing Lipsck in Returning Rouge. Although it is marked as being long-weraring, it feels entirely like a lightweight balm.
The white dot in the middle of the lipstick is moisturizer with Pro Vitamin B5, Vitamin C and E to keep lips soft and hydrated. Other nourishing ingredients in this lip product include Hyaluronic Acid and Radvon Oil to promote suppleness.
