Now that its nearly over, I can officially declare Summer 2012 an epic staycation. Epic! We went here, there, discovered nooks and crannies all over Southern California, and I am glad we did. All that outdoors time, however, really did a number on my fine, curly hair. Picture a broom with curls. Let’s not discuss the split end situation!
When I was given the chance to try nuNAAT’s rejuvenating hair care products, I couldn’t say no. Now that Fall is approaching, it’s the time for renewal and nourishing my straw-like curls back to health.
Every once in a while I pick up a protein hair mask pack from Sally’s, but what my hair really needed was moisture, and this was provided by the Karite Special With Shea Butter Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hair Mask.
The best thing about these products is that they don’t leave your hair feeling heavy at all. The hair mask, applied twice a month to damp hair, is pure genius.
For the styling part I’ve been applying the Leave-In Detangler, then a cocktail of the Styling Cream with another hair gel. This makes my hair easy to comb through when I’m ready to wash my hair again.
The results are great – I am so happy with how my hair feels with nuNAAT Karite Special products. The hair mask is a MUST have. Best of all, the prices are fantastic – very reasonable for quality products.
