It’s A Neu Year & A Fresh Take On My Daily Makeup With Neutrogena® Hydro Boost Cosmetics
There’s nothing quite like the beginning of a fresh, new year. Oh, the possibilities ahead of us! I’m looking forward to so many new things ahead in the next 365 days and that, of course, includes my makeup kit. I’ve been trying out some lovely new products from the Neutrogena® Hydro Boost line, and I have to tell you all that it’s love.
I was looking forward to trying out the new Neutrogena Hydro Boost line of makeup which is enhanced with Hyaluronic Acid, an ingredient commonly found in skincare that helps attract, retain moisture and plump up your skin. Spoiler alert – I’m actually very pleased with the new products in my cosmetics arsenal.
I found a nice display at Walmart filled with all the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cosmetics and picked out the following products to add to my daily routine:
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint in Natural Beige 60 – I like the doe foot applicator which makes it easy to dot right onto my skin.
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Concealer in Medium 40 (check out the hydrating core).
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Lip Shine in True Nude.
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Plumping Mascara in Black (with a nifty bristle brush!).
Here’s a closer look at the display.
On a daily basis I tend to keep my makeup routine short and to the point. I really just have a couple of minutes to get my situation together before running out the door, so I was please to find that these products get me together in my time limit. I put together a quick tutorial to show you how easy it is, along with a special makeup trick you may not have thought about. If you want to learn more about tightlining, check out my tutorial.
The quality of the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cosmetics I used for this review are excellent – I love that the Hydrating Tint gives my skin the even coverage it needs and at the same time doesn’t make my normal to oily skin look overly greasy. I do need to set it with a loose powder, FYI. The concealer is extremely smooth and creamy and so nice to work with. I love the volume my lashes get from the mascara (which doesn’t flake off, by the way) and the lip gloss is the perfect light shade that looks great by itself or on top of a darker lip pencil.
My final thoughts on the new Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cosmetics? They’re a win!
I’m actually pretty new when it comes to Neutrogena makeup products. What are some must trys?
