After discussing my favorite products for highlighting one’s face, it’s time to flip the coin and talk about my favorite contouring products.
It’s a tough list to make because you don’t frequently see products marketed as contouring products. Although the term bronzer is often synonymous with contouring, not everything labeled bronzer is automatically going in this category. Many bronzing products contain a whole lot of shimmer, and while shimmer is nice and everything, it’s not always the greatest when shaping the face is in order.
I think this is one of the best products labeled as a bronzer that I’ve ever encountered. It’s not orange, it’s not shimmery, but it gives a lot of great color to the face. Every time I use Cabo I’m always impressed by how well it works to add color and subtly shade the face.
2. Wet n Wild Bronzzer
I love this bronzer because it has limited shimmer, but the only caveat is that the products are on the orange side of the color wheel. Medium is a good universal shade to start with.
3. A Pressed Powder 3 Shades Darker Than Your Normal Skin Tone
Yep, that’s right! Just as I recommended in my post about highlighting products, you’ll find that a darker pressed powder is top notch when it comes to contouring.

How do think Cabo would look on fair skin? Do you have a different shade recommendation?
Girlactik has two bronzers and Cabo is the option for lighter skin. I think it would work for sure when applied with a light hand. Hth! http://www.girlactik.com/mattebronzer.html
