What’s pigmented as a lipstick , smooth as a gloss, and extremely budget friendly? Milani’s Haute Flash lip glosss, of course!
These opaque, vanilla scented glosses are thick but not sticky, and come with a doe foot applicator. They sit well on your lips and wear really well without a hint of smudging or migration. I don’t experience any flakiness, but I will say that a little bit goes a long, long way. Just a dab’ll do ya!
