Milani Cosmetics Powder Eyeshadows Are Must Have Bargain Buys

With the introduction of Milani’s new Powder Eyeshadows, it can be officially proclaimed that the division between drugstore and luxury cosmetics is OVAH!

With 12 shades available at the extremely low price of $5.99, I cannot describe the amount of delight in my heart that these shadows inspire.  I can officially say that these are some of the best I’ve ever used. The pigmentation, texture, and durability of these shadows is fantastic, and I officially give them my eyeshadow junkie seal of approval.
