Make Up For Ever is doing something pretty darned awesome through the months of February 1st through mid-April 2013.
Have you ever wanted to sit down with a makeup pro and figure out just how to use the products in your makeup bag, the ones you already own? Now you can do just that as Make Up For Ever’s Make Up School hits the road for 9 city tour across North America.
Their goal is simple – to make your make up bag work harder for you! Make Up For Ever is on a mission to teach women how to actually do their own make up, not just have it applied by a make up artist which is what usually happens when you sit down at a cosmetics counter.
To commemorate this tour, Make Up For Ever has partnered with Christina Ricci to create a special make up bag for the tour, which will be available for purchase at all stops, as well as Sephora.com later on.
The tour will stop in these cities:
- Los Angeles, CA: February 1st – 3rd
- San Francisco, CA: February 9th – 10th
- Las Vegas, NV: February 16th – 17th
- Dallas, TX: February 23rd – 24th
- Miami, FL: March 2nd – 3rd
- New York, NY: March 9th – 10th
- Boston, MA: March 23rd – 24th
- Chicago, IL: April 6th – 7th
- Toronto, ON: April 13th – 14th
These 30-minute sessions are absolutely free (!!!) and each client will walk away with a new make up bag, a custom face chart detailing how to use the products they brought, and a list of any additional products recommended by the artist to round out their look. A professional photographer will also be on-site to capture each client’s “after” look, which will be uploaded to an album on the Make Up For Ever Facebook page. For those on-the-go with limited time, there will be ake up stations dedicated to quick lip and complexion touch ups featuring Pro Finish, the brand’s innovative new multi-use compact foundation launching in 2013.
Booking is open now – you can snag your seat by visiting www.facebook.com/MAKEUPFOREVERUSA. Sessions are available from 12:00pm – 8:00pm on Saturday and 11:00am – 7:00pm on Sunday.
This is such an awesome opportunity – get in on the action while you can!

This sounds so cool! I wish they were coming to my city!!
I hope they keep doing this and expand to other cities!
