If you’re in the market for a really good eye makeup remover, consider Lumene’s Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover.
Paraben free and designed for the most senstive eyes, this gentle product does a superb job removing the toughest of eye makeup, and even long-wearing lip color.
Simply shake the bottle like a Polaroid picture, dispense about 3 drops on a cotton pad, and your eyes will be makeup free in a quick minute without an oily after feel, which is the greatest quality of this particular remover. I typically sweep the cotton pad over my eyes about three times to get all the makeup off.
My favorite cotton pads are from Japanese stores. If you haven’t tried these, you absolutely must! They’re tightly woven and you don’t use as much product.
