Lumene is one of those lines I often see while on my makeup voyages, but have never thought to try out. You know what I’m talking about. They’re always there, they’re been around for a while so are clearly not some fluke but you just can’t muster actually purchasing something to see what it’s all about. In this case, I can fully admit that it’s been my loss!
I was recently sent samples of Lumene skin care products, which are all fabulous and worthy of their own reviews, but there was one that stood out and made a long-time makeup gal stop and pay attention.
Lumene’s Vitamin C + Protecting Day Cream with SPF 15 is nothing short of fantastic. I love the consistency, which is somewhat … firm, and yet melts into my skin without leaving me with an oily glow. It’s perfect for my normal-to-oily skin and can say with full confidence that I’m smitten!
The cream has Arctic cloudberry seed oil and a mix of vitamins called VitaOptimale to help nourish while it protects with SPF 15.
