NYX is rapidly becoming my makeup line of choice these days. Between the fantastic colors and exceptional quality, they can do nothing wrong. Besides color, I wondered how well their mainstay line of color cosmetics stood up to the test. Can their mascara impress me as much as their long-lasting shadows?
I tested Doll Eye mascara in Long Lash, a lengthening formula with added fibers that is also available in Extreme Black Volume and Water Proof. Check out the wand – the shape is what allows you to build the length on your lashes.

- It’s cry-proof – I shed buckets of tears watching Marley and Me, and it stayed on my lashes ridiculously well. No smudges under my eyes – incredible!
- It does not clump after applying several coats, because that is just what I do with my mascara – pile it on!
Overall, Doll Eye Mascara is a HUGE win in my book, and just another reason why I adore NYX Cosmetics so much. The price is right, at $9, available online at Nyxcosmetic.com, or at Ulta and beauty supply stores.
