As much as I despised CoverGirl’s new LashBlast 24 Hour Mascara, I absolutely adore their Blastflipstick Blendable Lip Duo.
I mean ADORE.
Let’s talk long wearing lip color done RIGHT.
This here is the Blastflipstick (the product name could use some improvement) in 805 Pucker.
One side is a frosty pink.
And the other is an opaque fuschia.
They’re gorgeous apart, and blended together the combo is great, too.
The wearability on this lippie is slightly scary. Scary because not only is it actually creamy and non-drying, but it will last for-freaking-ever. Seriously, you’ll need to take some makeup remover to get this off and you still might have some left over. And yet, it’s not drying at all like a traditional long-wearing lip color.
I’m officially impressed and intrigued.

I never ever look at Covergirl but this post has changed that train of thought. I love the idea of the ease of having two compatible colors in one stick that you can blend together. Looks awesome!

I saw these the other day and thought I’d wait for reviews. It seemed gimmicky, but now that I see how great it looks on you and how good the wear is….
I was in the same boat as Jessica. I looked at the display the other day and didn’t see any colors that looked remotely special, or even that different from each other. Maybe I just need to check out swatches, because the formula sounds fab.
That color is gorgeous. I’ve seen these in a few stores but none of the colors grabbed me but now I want this one.
