Okay, ladies & gents, it’s time to dish at our weekly open post. Pour the coffee, pull out the cheesecake, we’ll be here for awhile.
When it comes down to the nitty gritty of the beauty world, I personally believe that there are many wonderful options on every price level. There are some places where I almost always save – the nail, eye and lip category for sure -there are others where I mostly splurge. My splurge areas are foundation, concealer, and powder. It’s not just about the quality of the products, but finding a skin match is less stress this way.
Where do you splurge in cosmetics-ville?
I bought an airbrush machine to do my foundation. I also get lash extensions and my Phoenix Rising cleanser. Gotta have good skin!
My splurge is definitely with skincare products!
Good skin seems to be the general consensus & I’m right there. I splurge on anything that may affect my complexion: primer, foundation, concealer, blush – anything that’s not lips, eyes, brows or nails. For those it’s whatever’s cheap & gets the job done.
I splurge on skincare.
Skincare, too. Also, I can’t pass up a good eyeshadow primer or foundation primer.
