I’ve mentioned before how much I love this little gadget, and love it so much that it deserves a dedicated post. Let’s see, how can I put this … it’s one of the best products I’ve ever used, bar none!
Did you ever hear the trick about running your old school metal lash curler under a blow dryer? It works, but it’s easy to overheat it and hurt yourself. This little curler eliminates the guess work and holds and maintains a curl like no one’s business.

It’s battery-operated and shaped like a mascara wand. You just place it at the base of your lashes, hold for a couple of seconds, and brush up. Easy peasy and the heat holds the curl like nothing else. I recommend this to all of my clients and it makes a great stocking stuffer!
The cap is designed to prevent the curler from turning on by itself and therefore creating a mess in your makeup kit, but I always tell people to just take the battery out after using it, and you can store it in the little plastic pouch the curler comes in.
Sephora sells this nifty doo dad for $16, which is a great deal and perfect for holiday stocking stuffers.

That is actually the one and only beauty product that I have ever returned. It did a fat lot of nothing for my lashes
That being said, I don’t have any favorite makeup gadgets. I don’t think I have any gadgets at all. I guess I just like doing everything by hand.
