The Amalie Beauty Persimmon Anti-Aging Night Cream featured in this post was provided for editorial consideration. All opinions are 100% my own.
Amalie Beauty Persimmon Anti-Aging Night Cream is a organic, homegrown and handcrafted skincare product that truly appeals to my inner child in so many different ways.
During my childhood I often found myself strolling around my backyard doing one of two things: I was either pretending to be an archaeologist and was determined to find some kind of important artifact like an arrowhead, or I was gathering rose petals so I could crush them up and concoct a fabulous and luxurious beauty treatment. Neither of those two things ever came to pass, however my love for homegrown beauty products has remained steady.
Amalie Beauty is responsible for some of my favorite all natural skincare and beauty treatments. There’s Wink, an eyelash and eyebrow growth serum that really does help encourage hair growth; Shine, a facial brightening oil that helps diminish dark spots; and there’s also Rewind Anti-Aging Face Oil which smells like a honeysuckle dream come true.
Amalie Beauty Persimmon Anti-Aging Night Cream is part of the same Farm-To-Face collection with Rewind Anti-Aging Face Oil. The persimmon included in the cream are harvested from a farm in South Indiana.
Also included in this vegan skin nourisher are organic pumpkin seed and black walnut oils which add hydration to dry skin. Other ingredients include olive oil and Hyaluronic Acid, which is wonderful for retaining skin moisture. This product is cruelty-free as well as free from soy, corn and gluten.
My main problem with Amalie Beauty Persimmon Anti-Aging Night Cream is the price, which is $90 for 50 ml. While I do understand that handcrafted products do come with a premium, I can’t say that I’ve experienced any benefits that justify the $90 price tag.
My Final Thoughts: For what it is, Amalie Beauty Persimmon Anti-Aging Night Cream is a very nice and nourishing cream, but I cannot honestly recommend it as an anti-aging must have. If you’re interested in checking it out, I’d recommend trying the 5 ml sample bottle which is priced at $10.
