By and large I am a huge fan of eyeshadow pencils. They’re convenient, easy to transport, and work great either as a shadow, liner, or a base for powder eyeshadow. There are several brands on the market and Milani has some gorgeous, highly colorful options.
I tried three of the Shadow Eyez Pencils – Royal Purple, Green Safari, and Aquatic Style.
How do they stack up against other eyeshadow sticks on the market?
Milani, Milani, Milani, NYX, and Make Up For Ever.
In comparison to NYX Jumbo Pencils, I feel that Milani’s have more pigmentation, though not as much as Make Up For Ever’s version.
Milani Shadow Eyez are paraben-free, cruelty-free, and are available in six shades at select CVS and Walgreen stores, or online for around $6.
Love these colors, they remind me so much of my UD Glide-On Shadow Pencils. Looks like a very nice inexpensive alternative!
