There are a few things I feel adventurous with – eyeshadow, lip color, and things that are generally easy to wipe off and reapply. When it comes to perfumes, however, I have a few mainstays in my collection that always get repurchased.
Here are some that have passed the test of time and I never tire of smelling!
This citrus scent is simple and it indeed makes me feel happy. It ages so well and long into the day I still detect a sophisticated musk. I love the roller ball applicator – easy to keep in my purse!
Yes, Charlie! This has an emotional connection for me – my mom always used it and it just brings back happy memories of the 80′s, big hair, big shoulderpads, and the show Dallas. Don’t ask.

After writing this, I’ve realized that a) I’m not a fan of floral scents, and b) I love perfumes that age well throughout the day.

Oh, Clinique Happy. Reminds me of college. Aaah.
All time favorite- CK one. I wish I could find it in Eau de Parfum so it would last longer.
My other favorites are Kim Kardashian and Red Door Revealed from Elizabeth Arden. My next Sephora trip is going to include the new Jennifer Aniston perfume.
I like florals, a lot. I can’t deal with the sweet scents that are so popular. If something has a bunch of vanilla in it I’m sure to hate it.
