While I will be the first to admit that most of my makeup purchases tend on the high-end side, I will also say that there is absolutely nothing as thrilling as finding a stellar product for under five bucks. That is, of course, if you are a true blue makeup junkie!
When I am in need of a makeup fix and money is a bit on the tight side, one place I go is directly to the Wet n Wild section at my local drugstore. The quality is fantastic, and you cannot beat the prices at all, none of which go over $10.
One of my all time favorite makeup items is Wet n Wild’s Bronzzer, which comes in three shades for the lovely price of $2.99 each. Having read up on Bronzzer in InStyle and Allure for many years as a top pick of celeb makeup artists, I picked it up and took it to task. The results were great, and I’ve been a fan for many years, recommending it to anyone who is on the prowl for a great bronzer.
The powder itself is non-orangey, finely milled, and it goes on smoothly, and wears like iron! Checking on it after some outdoors time, it stayed on and remained fresh. It’s not only a cheap treat, it’s true love.
Wet n Wild products are available at most drustores, and also online at drugstore.com.
You can read more about my past experiences with Wet n Wild on another blog I contribute to, Ms. Single Mama.

I love any of their Mega eyeshadows, especially Fine Wink (a nice shimmery peachy taupe on me). I also have a palette…Sand something-or-other….really great quality.
