The good thing about this adventure in eyeshadow is that I am challenging myself to use colors that haven’t seen the daylight in quite some time (see 7/365 Days of Eyeshadow).
It seems I forgot how much I love the color purple. For brown eyes (and green and blue for that matter), it just lets the eyes pop in a certain way that makes me entirely happy.
Lid: Sweet Lady for Painted Ladies by Sweet Libertine
Outer lid: MAC Star Violet Shadow
Crease: MAC Nocturnelle eyeshadow
Liner: Avon Glimmersticks in Sugar Plum
Brows: Stila Warm Duo, lighter side
Mascara: Dior Show
Very pretty! I’ll keep these shades in mind, since I have brown eyes too.
Dammit, I always forget to swatch Nocturnelle when I’m at MAC, and then remember a few days later. I was at 2 MAC counters yesterday and forgot both times
