Day 50! Whooooooo! It feels like this segment has been in my life forever, sometimes! To celebrate this day - which is just any ordinary day, actually - I broke out a look I’ve been dying to try since my very early days as a makeup artist.
When I first started working as a makeup artist, I was a freelancer going from counter to counter whenever I was needed. It was a great experience, because I got to experience different makeup styles and picked up a ton of makeup knowledge.
One of the gals I encountered just had THE magic touch when it came to makeup. Not everyone has it, to be honest, but she was able to effortlessly create the most gorgeous smokey eyes. I’ll never forget the purple smokey eyes she did for one of her clients, and that was almost 9 years ago.

Purple is my favorite color, so I love this look. Too bad that CCB is discontinued. I love it.
