The products featured in 5 Reasons To Love ColourPop Cosmetics were purchased by me. All opinions are 100% my own.
The recent decade in the beauty world has seen a true explosion of new brands and products available to us makeup lovers. More than ever before, I’d venture to say! With the combination of improved formulations and the power of social media, there are a few notable nouveau brands that have become personal favorites, namely ColourPop Cosmetics.
What I love about ColourPop the most is the affordability factor – single products don’t go up more than $10 and eyeshadow palettes are mostly under $20 a piece. Plus, the quality of the products is straight up excellent. I’m a huge fan and always enjoy adding to my ColourPop collection.
ColourPop has come a long way (baby) since it came on the scene a handful of years ago with their sole product, Super Shock Shadows. These shadows have an unique bouncy texture and yet manage to stay long and strong when applied on your lids. I dug out a few from when I first purchased them years ago and they’re still good!
I’ve compiled a list of 5 of my favorite ColourPop makeup products, which include those fantastic Super Shock Shadows. From left to right are: Lace, Ibiza, Empire, Chipper and Amaze.
I also really enjoy ColourPop’s pressed eyeshadows which are all buttery and provide excellent color payoff. You can purchase the shadows in palettes (seen here is the Hi-Maintenance palette) or as eyeshadow singles that you can place in your own palettes or palettes from ColourPop. These single pressed shadows are Note, 143 and Cloud Nine.
My main eyebrow pencil that I have many backups of is ColourPop Brow Pencil in Dope Taupe. This pencil rocks! The color is on point as is the texture that sticks to my skin and helps make my brows look great.
I am definititely a fan of ColourPop’s Lippie Sticks, but have to say the ColourPop Lux Lipsticks are unparalleled! These look and feel like they should be a lot more expensive and yet they are entirely affordable. Here are On Display, Lay Over and Afterglow.
Lastly, I have to give major props to ColourPop No Filter Pressed Powder in Medium Dark. This powder is incredible! I love the fact that it looks great on my skin and helps keep my oily skin at bay. It’s a major winner (and dimethicone free!).
What are some of your ColourPop favorites?
