It’s no secret that I love glitter, but you know how I really love glitter? When it’s super easy to apply, wear and keep in place! That’s why I love the North Star Glitters I recently featured so much. It’s the same thing with the Urban Decay Heavy Metal Liquid Liners – they are just easy to work with and make all of my glitter wearing dreams come true.
There are 11 glittery liquid liners in the Urban Decay Heavy Metal collection. From left to right are the following colors: Sex and Bones, Punk Rock, ACDC, Catcall, Spandex, Gamma Ray, Grind, Midnight Cowboy, Glam Rock, Pyro and Distortion.

There liners are multi-functional and today I’ve broken it down into 4 ways that you can use Urban Decay Heavy Metal Liquid Liners.
One – Use it as an eyeliner, either on its own, or on top of another liquid liner. This is my favorite way to use these handy liquid liners and they only enhance the liner they’re on top of. I love that Urban Decay Heavy Metal Liquid Liners dry quickly and stay put!
Two – Use the glitter as an eyeshadow. Simply dab a bit on your lid and pat in place with the pads of your fingers. I also love using a little bit on the tear duct of my eyes for some extra glimmer.
Three – Your skin could always use a little bit of bling! I like to dispense a small amount on the pad of my ring finger and lightly apply the glitter liner to my cheekbones.
Four – Glittery hair isn’t a bad thing! For some extra shimmer and glow take some of the liner and run it through random strands of your hair.
Here’s a closer look at the eyeshadow look I created for this tutorial. I used some Cozette eyeshadows I picked up at the recent The Makeup Show LA and I cannot wait to share more about this line with you – they are stellar! On my upper lid is Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Liner in Zero paired with Urban Decay Heavy Metal Liquid Liner in Midnight Cowboy. Urban Decay Heavy Metal Liquid Liner in Distortion is in the inner tear duct and on my lower lid is Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Liner in Asphyxia.
My Final Thoughts: Urban Decay Heavy Metal Liquid Liners are a fun and easy way to add glitter to your eyeshadow game. I love that they’re easy to use and, most importantly, don’t budge!
