Maybe I was in a New York frame of mind, but I couldn’t help but swoon when I applied Sweet Libertine’s Manhattan Project. The color looks kind of brown in the packaging, but when applied is the most gorgeous green. Paired with a gold liner on the lower lash line, and you’ve got something to talk about.
