MAC collections never cease to amuse me.
Between Dame Edna having a collection and now hearing Liza had one too, I’m having a LOL. Neither are terribly famous for their makeup. Or is that the joke?
LOL … The funny thing about Liza’s collection is that most of it was inspired by what she learned from Kevyn Aucoin. Loved it. Had some awesome red lipsticks. I think it was more about the fact that she’s so iconic and so recgonizable that it would be a big attention getter. Catherine Deneueve also had a collection, and although she’s not really *known* for her makeup, it was more that she’s middle aged and still fabulous … like MAC’s motto, “All races, all sexes, all ages.”
This look really makes your eyes POP! It’s beautiful. Saving this one too, for future reference. You might actually get me to try some bold colors (and not look like a bad Barbie imitator)!
I am on a mission to cure bold color fears.
