When I am in clean up mode, I always find some forgotten makeup goodness. In the most recent sweep, I came across Jaguar Luxury Cosmetics liners, which are indeed fabulous. This line does not get much attention and I’m not even sure if they are actively in business anymore, but I do like their pencils with the convenient sharpener in the cap.
