The central figure in today’s look is ELF’s Waterproof Eyeliner Pen, which I have found to be simply incredible. Wow, what a deal for $1!
I’m not sure how long the liquid inside the pen will last, but for only $1, it cannot be beat! Very easy to use, highly pigmented, and will not flake off. I love it!

I’m so glad to see that you use and recommend this! I think e.l.f. tends to get passed over by *ahem* ‘makeup snobs’. (Not you, of course. ;P )
…oh, and these 3 colors together are GORGEOUS! Not too soft/sheer, and not too dramatic. Just right! Beautiful.

I thought the color payoff in my ELF pen liner was terrible. And smudged by noon. I so wanted to love it because I like marker tips like that, but it didn’t work for me at all.
