I pulled out my Stila E! Palette in Stunning Starlet again to see what stunning creation I could pull up. I used a brushed that had been dampened in water to give the shadows maximum impact.

Brows: Stila Dark Brow Duo, darker shade
Mascara: MAC Plush Lash
