A long time fan of Stila and fan of their shadow sets, I was super excited to try out their new E! Live From the Red Carpet palette in Stunning Starlet.
The set comes with six shadows, a highlighting powder, a cream blush, and a separate mascara. To be completely honest, the shadows look great ONLY when they’re applied with a dampened brush. When applied with a dampened brush, the shadows are vibrant, and true to the color in the pan. When not applied with a dampened brush … well, lets just say they’re not up to snuff with the other Stila shadows I use on a regular basis.

Liner (upper lid): Stila Smudge Pot in Black
Liner (lower lid): L’Oreal Hip Liner in Envy
Brows: Stila Dark Brow Duo, darker shade
Mascara: MAC False Lashes
