The inspiration for this look came to me in a flash, and I have to say it is one of my all-time favorites! To get the glitter to stick on my lid, I drench my brush with a mixing medium and then dip it straight into the glitter itself. It really does stay on your lid after that!
My review for Hourglass Cosmetics new Ambient Powder is coming up, but in the meanwhile, let it be said that it is amazing. I am in love times a thousand!!!!!
