As much grief as we give MAC for their declining quality standards, I have to give them a big hand for the work they’ve done with the Viva Glam lipsticks. 100% of the proceeds goes towards helping people living with AIDS and HIV. That’s definitely something to write home about.
Viva Glam V is one of the greatest lipsticks MAC has ever released. It’s a YLBB (your lips but better) shade that, like all Viva Glam colors, is designed to be universally appealing. Here it is paired with The Body Shop’s Beech lip liner, which is pulling orange in this photo.
I don’t think I’d had a Viva Glam since the first one, but I got VG VI recently, and I love love love it. What a gorgeous color, so wearable, and the texture is just perfect.
