Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaary.
It is day 227 of the 365 Days of Eyeshadow project, and as a child of the eighties, this had to happen.
Man, sometimes I miss those innocent days of sitcom television. I love my (cough, cough) “reality” tv shows as much as anyone else, but there was just something special about Mr. Belvedere, Perfect Strangers, 227, and Full House.
Speaking of 227, back in my shopgirl days Marla Gibbs was once my client. She was super nice, and I was super nervous, and asked her to show me her ID when she wrote a check for her purchases. Hah! I’m sure she appreciated my concern for possible identity theft.
Today I’m using the NYX palette, and I have to agree with Wendy’s assessment of their Bohemian Rhapsody palette. Not as great as you’d like it to be – I wish the glitter was more obvious on the lid, but even after dampening my brush it really doesn’t show up!
Base: Urban Decay Sin Primer Potion
Lid: From NYX Haute Model palette
Outer Corner: From NYX Casting Call palette
Browbone: MAC Vanilla
Liner: Stila Tiger Eye Kajal
Mascara: MAC Plush Lash
*Urban Decay and NYX provided for consideration.

I really like that lid color. Is Haute Model very pigmented as a whole?
I did find a good use for the midtone matte brown in the Bohemian Rhapsody palette- it’s nice to fill in my brows.
