I kind of wish I had some kind of fabulous New Year’s Eve plans at some fancy party wearing and drinking something sparkly, but the truth is I will most likely be watching Season 5 of the Golden Girls while wearing red and pink polka dotted pj’s. Oh well. I resolve to be less of a social recluse in 2011. You heard it here first, folks.
I might not be out and about, but at least my eyeshadow will be sparkly!

What do you mix with the Sweet Libertine glitter to make it so opaque and to keep in in place?
Wendy – I use a mixing medium, more info is in this previous Breaking Down Beauty post. I use MAC’s but you can make some at home using glycerin and water. It works miracles! Well, not really, but mixing mediums are a great tool! http://www.painted-ladies.com/?p=7768
