One thing I need to do more often is experiment with cream bases with powder shadows. You can create all kinds of interesting looks with your existing colors just by using an interesting color underneath. In this look, I used a black cream (you can also use a soft black eyeliner) and got an amazingly dramatic eye that reminds me of an ocean view. Yeah, I’m cheesy like that!
