Urban Decay’s Cruelty-Free palette* is super sweet, and the colors are pigmented,blendable, and vivid. You can’t ask for much more than that!!!!

I haven’t done a brown smokey eye in a while, or a blue liner, so I thought I’d incorporate both into today’s look. To give the blue shadow a kick, I layered it on top of a black eyeliner.

Liner (upper lid): Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencil in Zero, topped with Urban Decay Minx

Liner (lower rim): Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencil in Zero

Brows: Stila Dark brown duo, darker shade

Mascara: CoverGirl Lash Blast
