Physician’s Formula has really upped their game where it comes to the eye department. Take, for example, the gel liners that Wendy reviewed earlier this week.
They also happen to make sets of eyeshadow designed to optimize specific eye colors, the Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Shadow & Liner collections. They have two types of sets – one to create smokey eye looks, and the other to create pops of color on the lids. Fantastic idea! In this look, I’m using the pop set for green eyes.

The palette colors seem to have come out pretty light – is that also the way they swatch??
They do – I’m going to try them with a cream base underneath and see if it makes them stand out a bit more.
I want to say VintageorTacky (best username EVER) did a swatch/review on the Pop collection and the big issue was that the colors don’t come out as pigmented as they look in the pan.
